Impress your clients.
Be the reliable professional
your clients are willing to pay premium fees to.
Just one missed appointment could cost you your good reputation.
You’re an experienced professional who delivers real value to your clients. It’s only through your expertise and experience that companies can carry out projects they’d otherwise never be able to complete. You keep your numbers under control, always have a clear overview of your pending tasks, and can say exactly when you’ll deliver what. Absolutely professional and trustworthy.
But just one missed meeting, and you can loose that reputation. You’ll have to explain yourself and your client no longer feels like the most important person. He’s worried that you’re not working on his project with the same passion as he is.
That one incident sticks in his mind and you’re no longer the reliable professional to whom he can entrust anything with a clear conscience.
That could cost you your next mandate.

Calendar sync burns time and money.
As a professional you are familiar with this problem:
»How can I sync my appointments so that don’t miss any meetings and my clients always see an up-to-date calendar?«
Privacy regulations or our clients‘ IT restrictions make most solutions impossible. In the end, the only option left is manual syncing. But that’s burning your ressources:
Manual syncing just creates more work and doesn’t make you any money.
Your time is too valuable for this.
Face it: You didn’t become a professional consultant to copy calendar entries manually from one calendar to another. Your time is just too valuable for this.
But did you know how expensive this shitty task actually is?

You deserve a Butler.
Someone who takes care of this task for you without you having to worry about data protection, IT compliance or other hurdles.
Someone who simply transfers your appointments from one calendar to another without any fuss.
Who doesn’t need access to your clients’ critical interfaces.
And someone who is so discreet that your and your clients’ data is always secure.
How it works.
It couldn't be easier.
Just send an invitation to your Calendar Butler account, and your event will be sent to all your other calendars. It's completely anonymous: no attachments or other data, no names of other participants, and with your own custom subject line.
Instead of worrying about manual syncing, you can simply stay in the flow and keep working on your tasks.
Just follow these three simple steps:

Our customers and their clients
Our clients typically work with large, often internationally operating companies and groups. Data security is a fundamental requirement for businesses of all sizes.
However, these companies have one more thing in common: External professionals often only have access to the content and contacts they need to work with via a company laptop or a VPN connection.
Calendar Butler is designed specifically for this type of collaboration between companies and professionals. So for example, Calendar Butler users work for companies such as these:

That's exactly what I needed.
Walther Geuder,
Shut up and take my money 😉

It's so easy. I don't have to spend ages setting that much up. You can basically start working right away.

Sina Kistner,
If you hadn't invented your tool, I wouldn't know how to solve it.
Project Specialist
I never would have thought it would be so relaxing. I have three clients at the same time. Keeping my calendars up to date has always been a pain. I’m only now realizing just how much of a hassle it was.

Frequently asked questions
Why should I use Calendar Butler instead of Calendly or a similar tool?
Calendar Butler solves a completely different problem than Calendly does. Calendar Butler is the right choice for you if you want to quickly and easily make your availability visible in various (customer) calendars.
On which platforms and with which tools does Calendar Butler work?
It doesn't matter whether you work on a Windows computer or a Mac, with Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar… Calendar Butler works reliably with all platforms.
Is working with Calendar Butler easy or secure?
Why choose between the two? We want both! Magic Link instead of passwords, 2FA, anonymization/data deletion, regular security updates and test automation, custom subject lines, calendar verification… not only make it easy for you, but also particularly secure.
How long does it take before I can start using Calendar Butler?
It takes about 5-10 minutes, then you can start working with it right away: You will receive your personal access link immediately after completing your subscription. Then, verify your calendar mailboxes with a single click and you're ready to go.
How can I link my client calendars?
It’s really easy: just enter the email address you use for your client in the Calendar Butler dashboard. With a single click, you can send a verification link to that email address. As soon as you click on it, your calendar will be linked and synced with Calendar Butler.
What is a linked Calendar?
In Calendar Butler, you can add your various calendars. Calendar Butler does not have access to these calendars; it only knows the email address and is instructed to send a notification there.
What is a Sync?
A sync is the process by which Calendar Butler sends a block or changes to a linked calendar.
Example: If you have linked three calendars (A, B, and C) and send an event from Calendar A to Calendar Butler, it creates and sends two blocks, resulting in two syncs.
What is Future Sync (available in Q2/26)?
Future Sync is a feature that allows you to send all future appointments that Calendar Butler has already delivered to you to a completely new calendar. This is especially important when you acquire a new client and want to link a new calendar.
Important: Future Sync counts as a single sync, regardless of how many appointments you sync.
What is a Video Onboarding?
To get started with Calendar Butler right away, you'll receive an onboarding tutorial that will help you set everything up in just a few minutes.
What is the Best Practice Guide?
In the Best Practice Guide guide, you'll get tips and tricks from developers and professionals who have been using Calendar Butler for a while. So you won't end up saying later, “If only I'd thought of that…”.
What is the Priority Support?
Priority Support will assist you via Onlinemeeting usually within 24 hours.
What is the 'Conscious' Community?
Your time is worth more than can be expressed in an hourly or daily rate.
That’s why “Conscious — The Community for professionals ready to design their work life” shares the best ideas, tips, and tricks. We engage in open discussions in a safe environment, treating each other as equals, and regularly seek fresh perspectives from outside sources through top speakers, trainers, and coaches.
Will my sensitive data be stored?
In order for Calendar Butler to support you, we only need a few details from you: your email addresses that are linked to your various calendars. In addition, an anonymous ID is stored for each meeting so that it can be changed later. That's all.
Do I have to share my customer's data?
We only need the email and calendar address you received from your customer. It is likely structured similarly to LASTNAME.EXTERNAL@CUSTOMER.COM. That is all we require.
What happens to the invitations that Calendar Butler has received?
Invitations are deleted immediately after processing. Only individual anonymized information is retained so that you can update your appointments later.
This includes information such as a unique ID for the appointment, the date, the time, and the duration of the appointment.
Does my client's IT department need to activate my use of Calendar Butler?
No. Calendar Butler uses the same channels that your client's IT department monitors closely: calendar invitations via email.
But even though Calendar Butler deletes all unnecessary data, always remember to practice data minimization to protect your clients' internal information.
