Logging in to Calendar Butler is password-free, secure, and takes less than a minute. Here’s how it works:
- Go to calendarbutler.com and click „Login“ in the top navigation.
- Enter the email address you used when signing up for your subscription.
- Click „Continue to OTP“ — OTP stands for One-Time Password, a code that’s valid only once and only for a short time.
- Open your authenticator app on your smartphone and enter the 6-digit code shown there. This is your first factor.
- Click „Verify and send magic link“.
- Check your inbox and click the link in the email you just received. You’ll be taken straight to your dashboard. This is your second factor.

Anonymous subjects
I’ve added subjects to my calendars that only I understand. For example, this might be ‚the customer number of the company I have an appointment with ‚Block E‘ or ‚Block H‘. That way, only I know what the entry means.
Badge & verify page
I use the badge and link to the verify page in my LinkedIn profile and in my consulting profile as well to show my clients the added value directly.
